REFUND, WARRANTY & FULFILLMENT POLICY
Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Alon Nodes is a trading name of Alon Products Ltd.

1. B2B EXCLUSIVITY & FINALITY OF SALE
Alon Nodes operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) infrastructure vendor. By submitting a Certified Fit Audit or purchasing our hardware or services, you confirm you are acting in a commercial, institutional, or professional capacity. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (including the 14-day "cooling-off" period) do not apply to any transactions on this platform.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," project pivots, model re-architecting, or specification misjudgments. All hardware sales are final upon dispatch from our UK lab. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure operational requirements align with their ordered specifications.

2. ORDER FULFILLMENT & COMPONENT LEAD TIMES
Due to the highly specialized, high-density nature of enterprise AI compute hardware (including Blackwell and RTX Ada allocations), all stated build and deployment timelines are operational estimates, not legal guarantees. The window between invoice fulfillment and final delivery is subject to global component velocity and hardware allocation queues. Supply-chain or allocation delays do not entitle the buyer to a cancellation, contract termination, or refund of a custom-architected node.

3. TECHNICAL CONSULTATIONS & FIT AUDITS
The Certified Fit Audit is a specialized engineering review conducted by our architecture team to validate VRAM boundaries, thermal thresholds, and PCIe lane mathematics. For qualified UK-based AI/ML development teams, this diagnostic and specification service is fully funded at £0.00 with zero obligation to purchase hardware. Because this is a fully funded service, no fees are collected, and no financial refunds apply to the audit phase.

4. HARDWARE WARRANTY & OPERATIONAL PATHWAYS
All Alon Nodes infrastructure builds are covered by a standard corporate warranty against hardware component defects, split by environment:

Sovereign Workstations (2-Year Back-to-Base): If a component failure occurs, the physical node must be securely repackaged and returned to our Southampton Lab for bench diagnostics and repair. The client covers inbound transit logistics; Alon Nodes covers secure return transit post-remediation.

Enterprise Server Infrastructure (Advanced Parts Replacement): For data center or rack-mounted deployments running non-disruptive "remote hands" protocols, modular failures (e.g., individual memory modules, storage arrays, or hot-swap power supplies) can be handled via Advanced Parts Replacement (APR). Upon verification of diagnostic error logs, a replacement component is dispatched directly to your facility. The failed component must be returned to our UK facility within 14 days of receiving the replacement.

5. REPAIR TIMELINES & MANUFACTURER CONSTRAINTS

Local Fixes: Component-level swaps (RAM, storage, power rails) are handled rapidly at our UK bench or via APR dispatch.

Manufacturer Routing: Critical, structural logic failures (e.g., complex motherboard defects or deep GPU silicon issues) cannot be repaired locally. These components must be securely routed across international borders to original manufacturer validation laboratories in continental Europe or worldwide.

SLA Disclaimer: Because international shipping channels, customs clearance protocols, and global factory repair queues fluctuate under enterprise hardware constraints, hardware repairs cannot be bound to a fixed, default Service Level Agreement (SLA). Customized, mission-critical operational SLAs must be negotiated separately prior to procurement.

6. AUTHORIZED REFUNDS (DEAD ON ARRIVAL / DOA)
Refunds are exclusively authorized for confirmed Dead on Arrival (DOA) hardware or catastrophic hardware failures occurring immediately at deployment that cannot be remediated via component or warranty replacement paths. All systems must pass rigorous forensic inspection at our Southampton Lab to verify the internal hardware fault and completely rule out environmental damage, facility electrical surges, or user modification. Approved refunds are processed within 48 to 72 hours via the original payment method or corporate bank wire (BACS).
