LOGISTICS & RMA POLICY

At Alon Nodes (a trading name of Alon Products Ltd), our deployment and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) protocols are structured to ensure the secure transit of high-value sovereign infrastructure.
1. PAYMENT CLEARANCE & DISPATCH CLOCK (BACS)
To mitigate commercial fraud and protect our hardware allocation parameters, all high-density workstation and server invoices must be settled via corporate BACS transfer. The operational timeline for hardware builds and dispatch schedules commences only upon absolute clearance of BACS funds into our accounts. Digital remittance advice or pending transfer screenshots do not constitute clearance.
2. INSURED COMMERCIAL FREIGHT PROTOCOL
Due to the physical weight and financial value of multi-GPU arrays, hardware consignments valued at £3,000 or above are strictly exempt from standard consumer postal networks.
Transit Method: Orders are dispatched exclusively via fully insured, tracked commercial freight networks.
Signature Mandate: A formal signature at a registered commercial premise is mandatory upon delivery. We will not authorize "leave at door" or "safe space" drops.
Geographic Limits: We operate and deploy strictly within the United Kingdom. We do not support export forwarding, international freight hand-offs, or unverified drop-off locations.
3. RMA & DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) PROTOCOL
As a B2B infrastructure provider, Alon Nodes does not accept returns for "change of mind," project pivots, or software incompatibility. All hardware specifications are final upon dispatch.
In the event of a catastrophic hardware failure or a Dead on Arrival (DOA) system:
Reporting Window: You must submit a formal technical support request within 48 hours of the delivery signature.
Authorization: RMA logistics are only authorized for confirmed manufacturer warranty claims or verified DOA status following remote engineering diagnostics.
Rejection of Unauthorized Freight: Any hardware shipped back to our Southampton Operational Lab without prior written RMA authorization will be categorically rejected at the loading bay at the sender's expense.
